All you need is this one kitchen appliance to make pancakes lickety split.
Okay, everyone one of you has this handy gadget in your house. They are everywhere and come in a bunch of sizes, colors, and shapes. You can use them for single servings or to for a hungry crowd. What are we talking about? Your blender, of course.
Go grab that single serve blender that was going to make smoothies every day for the next 10 years ( you did buy one right?).
Pop all the ingredients in it, whiz everything together and viola! Instant pancake batter. Pour and cook and done in 10 minutes.
Here are the ingredients:
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 container (5.3 oz) siggi’s blueberry or vanilla bean yogurt
1/2 medium ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, plus more for serving
You could change out the blueberries with apples or peaches or whatever…. and the yogurt too.
This could be the best thing since …. well… sliced bread.
Makes 2 servings, just enough for breakfast today and tomorrow ( or eat them for dinner).
