Lickety Split Banana Shake
2 frozen bananas
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add 1 Tbsp. flax meal or chia seed to the mix.
You can substitute Nutella for the peanut butter
Or use coconut milk in place of the almond milk
