Make this easy 4 ingredient apricot chicken tonight.
It doesn’t get any easier than this. Warm up the oven, smother the chicken, bake and eat. I can handle that.

Our Favorite 4 Ingredient Apricot Chicken
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup apricot preserves
1 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cup Italian salad dressing
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13×9 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the pan. Spoon the preserves over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix and drizzle the Italian dressing over the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Use an instant read thermometer to check.
Serve with steamed green beans and the Cole Slaw recipe below.

Apple & Orange Cole Slaw
Needs to chill one hour
1 ½ cups pre-shredded Cole-slaw mix
10oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 tart apple, cored and diced
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Toss together the Cole-slaw mix, mandarin oranges and the diced apple.
Mix the mayonnaise and brown sugar together in a small bowl. Mix into the Cole-slaw. Cover and chill one hour before serving.
