Get out your slow cooker and make this delicious version of creamed corn. All you need to do is heat up some ham slices in a skillet and add a green salad. Dinner is done.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
Ingredients:
3 bags (12 oz each) frozen whole kernel corn
4 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped parsley to sprinkle on top, if desired
Directions:
In a 4 quart slow cooker, pour the whole kernel corn int he bottom. Top with the cream cheese cubes. Pour the milk over the top. Mix together the melted butter, sugar and salt and pepper. Pour that over the corn mixture.
Place the lid on and cook, on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Stir before serving.
You can leave this on low for up to 2 hours before serving. Just make sure to stir it a couple of times.
Makes 10 servings.
You can also cut all the ingredients in half and make it for 5.
