3 ingredient Brownies

Quick and easy brownies in 25 minutes.

This creamy decadent chocolatey delightful spread makes some of the best gluten free brownies on the planet. Developed in  a small bakery in Italy by Pietro Ferrero, it has become a must have for my gluten free pantry.

Chocolate and hazelnuts ground up and mixed together to form a tasty combination that is as good as peanut butter and chocolate ( notice the chocolate theme here… just wanted to point it out…).

You will need a ton of ingredients to make these brownies. You will sweat, your arms will get tired, and you will be exhausted with all your efforts…..not :).

Just three ingredients and you’re done. Hard I know, but someone had to come up with this.

Gluten free Nutella Brownies

1 10oz. jar of Nutella
2 eggs
1 cup of gluten free flour

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper. If you are using a stoneware or glazed clay pan like the one in the photo, you don’t need to do anything to it. Just drag it out and get ready to spread your yummy batter.

Dump out the Nutella into a medium bowl. Add the eggs and beat with an electric hand mixer until eevrything is mixed together. Add in the gluten free flour and mix again, making sure to scrap the sides of the bowl to get every last bit of flour in there.

Spread into your pan and slide in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean (meaning that a few crumbs are still clinging to it).

Allow to cool completely  on  a wire rack and then cut up and eat.

Makes 9 good sized squares

So, go to the store, grab at least 4 jars and neatly store these on your pantry shelf. You now how the makings of super easy brownies whenever you want.

What ingredient would I use to make “blonde” brownies?
Is Karo syrup gluten free..but that is too much sugar.
    Any ideas? Apple sauce?

    Thank you

I’m not sure. Karo Syrup is gluten free but that’s way too much sugar. If you are trying to replace the Nutella in the recipe, yo could try a nut butter. And add in a little extra sugar because Nutella has a lot of sugar in it. You could try apple sauce but the texture would be way different. I’m not sure….that would be something to experiment with.

This recipe looks like a winner! I can’t wait to try it. Perhaps you could use an editor. The difference between ” your” vs. “you’re” is commonly misjudged, but it really is not that difficult. There are just a couple of other things, too.

We don’t care for the taste of Nutella. Wondering if you can replace with a jar of the Hershey’s Spread instead.

I don’t see why not? As long as the consistency is the same, it should work just fine.
