Hands off appetizer ready in 1 hour.
Pull out your slow cooker and let it get to work for you making this yummy, cheesy dip. I’m all about using kitchen appliances to make my work a lot easier. And at less than $50 bucks, it’s a no brainer.
Slow Cooker Cheese and Artichoke Dip
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded fresh Parmesan (not the green can stuff)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup ( 8oz. jar) of artichoke hearts, chopped
4 small sweet peppers (yellow and red are nice colors), finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced (or buy the pre-minced in the jar like I do)
Mix everything together in a medium sized bowl.
Spray the slow cooker liner with non-stick spray. Pour in the cheese mixture. Put on the lid and turn the cooker to High. Set the timer for 1 hour. May turn down to warm for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers
Makes enough dip for 8 people
These smaller sized slow cookers are great. I use mine for all kinds of things. And especially when having a party, large or small doesn’t matter. Pop everything in slow cookers, plug in, turn on, walk away, do something else. Just saying….
Happy Dipping!
