Celebrating all things Pumpkin!
This awesome looking pumpkin bread has that one ingredient that will have you hooked right away! Chocolate!

This particular recipe is Gluten, Soy, oat and Dairy free so those of you on a dairy free diet as well can nosh along with the rest of us.
Here’s the ingredient list so you can check and make sure you have everything you need. If not, pop on over to the store and pick up what you need:
- 
1 cup brown sugar 
- 
1/2 cup white sugar 
- 
1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix) 
- 
1/2 cup oil (I use canola) 
- 
2 large eggs 
- 
2 T water 
- 
2 cups gluten-free flour mix 
- 
Add 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum if your flour mix doesn’t already have some. 
- 
1/2 T baking soda 
- 
1 tsp baking powder 
- 
1/4 tsp salt 
- 
1 tsp cinnamon 
- 
1/4 tsp allspice 
- 
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips 
- 
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional
