Using fresh berries, maple syrup and gluten free bread this is the best breakfast ever.
This is easier to make than pancakes, waffles, cooking bacon or even frying eggs. A little prep time, pop in the oven and you’re reading the paper and enjoying your first cup of coffee while this bakes.
Doesn’t’ get any better than that.

- Canola spray oil
- 6 slices Gluten free White Sandwich Bread, toasted
- 2 cups mixed berries, such as blueberries and sliced strawberries
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup lowfat milk
- 1/2 cup Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
