Hot Cocoa Foot Soak
¼ cup raw Turbinado sugar
¼ cup sweet almond oil
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Needed to make the soak:
1 ½ cups milk
In a small wide mouth jar, stir together the sugar, almond oil and cocoa powder.
To use: Heat the milk until warm. Place feet in a large basin and massage in the cocoa scrub. Pour the warm milk over the top of your feet and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Makes 1 foot soak
Soothing Chamomile Bath
4 cups gluten free oats
1 cup loose chamomile tea
Mix together. Using a ¼ cup measure, pour 1 to 2 scoops into small tulle bags.
To use: place one bag into a warm bathtub. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes. Discard after using.
Dreamy Vanilla Cream Scent
4 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. organic vitamin E oil 1
Tbsp. cosmetic grade beeswax
1 tsp. gluten free vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a double boiler and slowly melt to combine. Add the vanilla extract.
Pour into a re-closable jar and let cool completely. It will solidify. Just before going to bed, rub a little of the cream on your pulse points, wrists, neck, elbows.
Keeps indefinitely
