Using one of their vanilla cupcake mixes, you toss in a few add-ins, make a homemade browned butter frosting and top with yummy slices of banana.
Be sure to eat these quickly, as the banana won’t hold up for too long. You could always add the slices later, or to just a few and save the rest for tomorrow…. rainy day and all that.
Here are the ingredients you need:
Cupcakes
- 1Â box (15 oz) Betty Crockerâ„¢ Gluten Free yellow cake mix
- 1Â cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
- 1/3Â cup butter, melted*
- 1/3Â cup water
- 3Â eggs, beaten
- 2Â teaspoons gluten-free vanilla
Frosting
- 1/3Â cup butter*
- 3Â cups powdered sugar
- 1Â teaspoon vanilla
- 3Â to 4 tablespoons milk
You can find their cake mixes at almost every large grocery store. So you should have no problem getting the ingredients for these.
Aren’t these just yummy looking? Gonna have to try these.
