You only need 5 ingredients to turn out this simple and delicious dish. Once you try it, it may go on your weekly list of must haves.
Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
6 4 oz. salmon fillets
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp. of dried)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the prepared sheet. Sprinkle with seasoned pepper.
In a small bowl, stir together the mustard, honey and rosemary. Brush the mixture on the salmon fillets ( using a silicone bbq brush works great for this).
Bake the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes with a fork.
Serve with steamed vegetables on the side. You could also serve rice with this too.
