The future of chain restaurants for those of us with celiac is looking up. According to a recent article I found on Celiac.com, they stat that more than half of the chain restaurants in the U.S. are going to offer a gluten free menu.

Celiac.com 11/06/2014 – The results of restaurant supply-chain co-op SpenDifference’s menu price survey indicate that more than half of all restaurant chains plan to offer gluten-free menu items in 2014.
Also included with the article was a link to Gluten free guide hq.com which gives a list of the gluten free menu items for 75 restaurants.
