Easy Peach Clafouti
1 package gluten free yellow cake mix (used Betty Crocker Brand)
Ingredients to make the cake
4 peaches,pitted, washed and sliced
Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Prepare the cake as directed on the package. Pour the peaches in the bottom of a 9″ round baking pan. Carefully pour the cake batter over the peaches and sprinkle with the nuts if using.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Cover with foil if it starts to brown too much, if necessary.
