Fast scrambled eggs for weekday breakfast.
It’s the weekday. You’re tired of staring at the same cereal box you’ve been munching on forever.
But, you can’t spend much time for breakfast. Eggs, you say? But you have to grab a pan, heat it up, add some butter, cook and dirty too many dishes.
Well, enter fast scrambled eggs in 3 minutes. Make these, pop a piece of bread in the toaster and a hot and yummy breakfast awaits!

All you need are :
2 eggs
2 Tblsp. of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Use a whisk and a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 45 seconds, stir and cook another 30 to 45 seconds until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
That’s it. You could add some ham bits, or diced green chilies in the mix too.
Easy and quick.
