Recipe 1: Candy Corn Cookie Sheet
Ingredients:
King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix
1 package chocolate chips, added to cookie mix
Your favorite Vanilla Frosting Recipe or Betty Crocker Butter Cream Frosting
1 Package of Candy Corn Candies
Directions:
For the first recipe in this post we are going to start off by using the King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix as the base for our rows of candy corns. Prepare and preheat oven as per the King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix instructions on the box, adding the chocolate chips to cookie dough.
Instead of portioning out the cookies we are going to put the cookie dough into a 13×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper (leave a little extra parchment paper on the ends for handles to pull the cookie out of the pan). Spread the cookie dough out evenly over the surface of the prepared baking pan. Bake for around 10 to 15 minutes. Times will vary based on individual ovens.
When done, remove from oven and let cool in pan slightly before transferring to a metal cooling rack. Before adding the icing make sure the cookie is completely cool otherwise it will melt the frosting. Once cooled remove from cooling rack and cut into 4 large squares, place on serving platter or plate.
Have the kiddos help frost the cookies with your favorite vanilla frosting recipe or I cheat and use the Betty Crocker Butter Cream Frosting just to make this super easy. Finally start lining up your rows of candy corn. Serve and Enjoy!!

For this recipe I used my Emile Henry Baking Dish. When it comes to baking dishes I love my Emile Henry Baking Dish! This cookware is top of the line quality and not too expensive! These dishes are made in France with high quality natural materials and have a 10 year warranty! This baking dish offers superior heat retention and are temperature resistant which means you can go from the fridge to a pre-heated oven no problem! With a extremely durable glaze they are scratch and heat resistant so no chips or dings! Click on the link and get one for your kitchen!
One of the reasons these recipes are so easy is the fact that I used King Arthur’s Gluten Free Cookie Mix. This is the best gluten free cookie mix I have found and they taste fantastic! I made some regular chocolate chip cookies with this mix and took them over for a family gathering and even the non gluten free people in my family loved them! Click on the link and check them out!!
When decorating cookies, brownies, cakes and really any other goodies you want to make sure they cool completely before decorating otherwise you will end up with all your frosting melting all over the place. To ensure that you cool them thoroughly you want to use a cooling rack. I used my Ultra Cuisine Cooling Rack. Not only will it take longer to cool in the baking pan or baking sheet but if you let it sit in the hot pan then it will continue to cook even after you take it out of the oven. By removing your goodies from the pan and placing them on the cooking rack it stops the cooking process right away. Click on the picture or link to get some for your kitchen!!

1 package Candy Corn Candies
Jar of Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Sandwich baggies

Prepare and preheat oven as per the King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix instructions on the box. Make sure to add chocolate chips to the dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat baking mat. Divide cookie dough into 4 even sized cookie pizzas. Arrange cookies on prepared baking sheet without over crowding.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges (times will vary based on individual ovens). Remove cookies from oven and let cool slightly before moving to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
While cookies are cooling, in two separate microwave safe bowl heat up the white and orange candy melts according to package directions. Pour melted candy melts into individual sandwich baggies.
Take cooled cookie pizzas and frost with peanut butter. Once covered, sprinkle cookie pizzas with candy corn candies and chocolate chips. Once you are satisfied with the amount of chocolate chips and candy corn candies added to the top, take the candy melt baggies and cut the tip of the bag open with a pair of scissors. Drizzle candy melts over cookie pizzas.

Recipe 3: Candy Corn Chocolate Chip Turkeys
Ingredients:
King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix
1 package chocolate chips, half for cookie dough, reserve other have for topping
1 package Candy Corn Candies
1 package of candy googly eyes
Your favorite royal icing recipe or Ready made royal icing
Sandwich baggie or Piping bag
Directions:
Prepare and preheat oven as per the King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix instructions on the box. Make sure to add chocolate chips to the dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat baking mat. Arrange the cookies on prepared baking sheet without over crowding. Bake as directed around 10 to 12 minutes (times may vary based on individual ovens).
Remove cookies from oven and let cool slightly before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely. Prepare royal icing and place into a sandwich or piping bag.
Once cookies are cooled completely, snip the tip of the sandwich bag or piping bag just enough to allow the icing to come out. Use the royal icing as glue to stick the candy corn candies to the cookie in a fan shape around the outer edge of the cookie, lining them up the same direction. Take one candy corn and glue onto the cookie for the nose.
Finally glue on the candy googly eyeballs onto the center of the cookie to finish the turkey face. Transfer to a serving plate and Enjoy!!

Most professional bakers use a Silpat baking Mat to help keep things from sticking to the baking sheet. Trying to fight with parchment paper every time can get frustrating its never the right size or maybe you cut it too short and now you have to cut another piece. I suggest getting some Silpat baking Mat in a couple different sizes so you don’t have to worry about fussing with parchment and your goodies slide right off the mat.
This recipe is so cute!! I love the googly eyes for the turkeys!! These googly eyes are gluten free and super cute for decorating! I’ve used these many times before and the kids love helping decorate and making fun new faces for these! Click on the link to snag some for your stock!!
Recipe 4: Candy Corn Bark
Ingredients:
1 package of Candy Corn Candies
3 cups white chocolate chips premium
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Toothpick
Directions:
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. With this recipe its important that you move quickly to make sure the chocolate doesn’t cool completely between layers (otherwise it might break apart).
Place the white and dark chocolate in separate microwave safe bowls, heat the white chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals stirring well between to ensure that the chocolate won’t seize. Once melted separate out 1 cup of the white chocolate and set aside.
Using a spatula spread the melted white chocolate onto prepared baking sheet as thin as you can without any holes in the layer (you will NOT cover the whole baking sheet, perhaps not even half). Melt the dark chocolate using the same method as we did for the white chocolate. Once melted spread the dark chocolate over the white chocolate layer.
Take reserved white chocolate and if already cooled, remelt and pour over the top of dark chocolate layer in a swirl pattern. Use a toothpick to draw lines through the top layer to make more of a swirl pattern, if desired. Sprinkle candy corn candies over the top of the chocolate, use as little or as much as you desire.
Place baking sheet into the fridge for at least 30 minutes to help the bark set up. Cut/break bark into pieces using a knife. If chocolate is too difficult to cut, allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to make it easier to cut.
Serve and Enjoy!!
