These gluten free rolls receive an almost perfect “5” from reviewers.

Using a very short list of ingredients, a little time and some patience these may just be the “perfect” dinner rolls ever.

Receiving a 4.8 rating out of 5 is pretty amazing, especially for a gluten free recipe.

Go make these this weekend. Make extra’s and freeze them for later, like in 3 hours when you just can’t resist them anymore. Okay, make 4 batches. Maybe they will stay in the freezer for a couple of days…maybe.

Here is the list of ingredients:

  • 2¾ cups (11½ oz.) Gluten Free Mama’s Almond Blend Flour

  • 1 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum

  • 2 tsp. SAF instant yeast

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 cup warm water (105-110°)

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, dairy-free margarine, or Spectrum shortening, melted
