These gluten free rolls receive an almost perfect “5” from reviewers.
Using a very short list of ingredients, a little time and some patience these may just be the “perfect” dinner rolls ever.

Receiving a 4.8 rating out of 5 is pretty amazing, especially for a gluten free recipe.
Go make these this weekend. Make extra’s and freeze them for later, like in 3 hours when you just can’t resist them anymore. Okay, make 4 batches. Maybe they will stay in the freezer for a couple of days…maybe.

2¾ cups (11½ oz.) Gluten Free Mama’s Almond Blend Flour 
- 
1 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum 
- 
2 tsp. SAF instant yeast 
- 
1/4 cup sugar 
- 
1 tsp. salt 
- 
1 cup warm water (105-110°) 
- 
2 Tbsp. butter, dairy-free margarine, or Spectrum shortening, melted 
- 
1 egg (preferably room temp) 
- 
1 tsp. cider vinegar
