Easy gluten free bundt cake with a mix.
The folks at King Arthur Flour really know their stuff. The baked goods that they showcase make your mouth drool.
So, it was fantastic when they decided to jump and start developing gluten free recipes and mixes. Their cake mixes are really delicious. We can highly recommend them as some of the best ones we’ve tasted. And they make a true two layer cake. Full size – no scrimping.

July 27, 2015My son has had allergies test and he can hardly eat anything because he is 44 years old and he does not know how to adjust. Seems like he eats a lots of eggs and he works out and is in excellent shape but has to change so many things. Can you just send me some information and food items he can use. Thanks so much,
kathy
July 27, 2015If he was diagnosed with celiac disease you can click on this link : Celiac Disease Foundation
They have excellent information about celiac disease. I would read as many articles there as you can.
Hope this helps.

February 16, 2016Can you use another brand of GF yellow cake mix? Thank you
kathy
March 1, 2016Yes, I would use whatever cake mix you have in the cupboard. Just make sure to adjust if the ounce weight of yours is less or more than the King Arthur Flour one.
