- These are amazing gluten free biscuits made using an age old technique that has you fold and refold the dough gently, creating these flaky layers that are simply wonderful. Make sure to use either parchment ( my fave) or plastic wrap to achieve this without having the dough stick to everything or having to use so much extra flour that you burden the dough with too much.
